Regulation
An entry ticket to a paid entertainment establishment must consist of 2 parts:
one is kept by the spectator and the other is held at the checkpoint at the entrance to the room.
The following elements must appear on each of the 2 parts of the ticket:
– the name of the entertainment establishment
– the sequence number of the ticket (following an uninterrupted series)
– the category of the seat to which the ticket gives entitlement
– the price paid by the spectator (or mention of free)
– the name of the manufacturer (or importer).
The principal must subscribe to a delivery declaration (information from the Tax Service to which he reports).
On the back of the entry ticket you may find the general conditions of sale, the access plan, an advertisement, etc.
However, the general conditions of sale must be available at the point of sale.
