A promotional paper tablecloth is of paramount importance at trade shows. Those unfamiliar with trade shows and how they operate might think a tablecloth isn't such a big deal. However, the truth is that using a promotional tablecloth can truly make or break your exhibit, and for several reasons.
Why choose an advertising paper tablecloth?
First, using a paper advertising tablecloth makes your exhibition space more attractive. Advertising tablecloths are more visually appealing than ordinary tabletops, and they help give your booth a more polished and professional look.
Second, if you don't have tablecloths, you can't stand out in the crowd. Unless of course you're not the only one without a tablecloth. You will then be nicknamed “that booth without a tablecloth,” which attendees will no doubt talk about in hushed tones. To reiterate, yes, trade show paper tablecloths are that important.
What is the main advantage of using a custom printed table cover?
Besides being easier on the eyes, there's another major advantage to using a branded paper tablecloth over a simple blanket. You'll be more visible in a crowd, as mentioned earlier, but it also gives you another way to promote your business. A tablecloth with your logo adds another layer to your display, containing vital information about your company. When visitors come to your booth, they're surrounded by your branding. This is a good thing, because people will leave more likely to remember you.
If you're willing to commit financially and in a timely manner to exhibiting at a trade show, don't overlook this fundamental element for making your booth stand out. A nice tablecloth is a must, but a custom print featuring your logo and other brand information will elevate your presence even further. Remember, trade show attendees are there because they want to be. They want to learn more about your company, so help them out as much as possible by covering all your bases, including investing in a high-quality , branded paper tablecloth.
